消耗品はともかく設備は管理対象では…？
某賃貸会社が施行不良で大問題になったのを知らないのでしょうか…。

国土交通省のガイドラインを無視してその知識も知らない人から敷金をピンハネしてます。
そのような請求がきたら、宅建協会または無料の法律相談事務所に相談するなどを言って回避して下さい。
退去時の立ち会いに来た東建小牧の社員は二日酔いでひっくひっくとシャックリばかりしながらやってました。
敷金をより多くネコババしてその金で毎日飲みに行ってるんでしょうね。いいご身分だこと
