お客様係という名ばかりの担当は出先から電話をかけてくる上に、約束の日には連絡せず電話にも出ないわと酷い会社。おまけにうちには一切非がないとの一点張り。納得いかないなら自分で鑑定に出せと言い出す始末。クリーニング事故を認めないのが会社の方針らしい。
二度と利用しない。
