ぽ	ぽん太 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本店での対応ですが購入した家電製品に不具合があり（初期不良）返品をお願いしましたが、返品出来ないの一点張りでした。何やら店内にお客様の都合による返品返金は出来ないと張り紙があるらしく、それを主張してきましたが、そもそも客の都合ではありません。最終的には消費者センターに言えと言われて電話を切られました。かけ直すも喋る機会も与えられず切られました。まさにテレビなどで見かける〇〇業者などの対応そのもの様でした。返品に応じず壊れた物を売ってまで利益追求する営業方針のようです。自社の利益のためなら客の不利益は関係ないのでしょう。過失であれば返品返金に応じるのは当たり前ですし、それだけで済む話ですが、故意ではないかと感じました。客が泣き寝入りする事に恐らく味を占めているのでしょう。こういった店が存在している事に大変驚いております。高齢の方などがターゲットならなければ良いなと思います。 It is correspondence in the head office There was a defect in the purchased home appliance (initial failure), but I asked for a return, but it was a single point that can not be returned.
