電話対応の悪さ ?謝罪の一言もない? ヤマダ電機でこちらの石油ファンヒーターを購入し、購入後一週間で不具合があり。 コールセンターに電話するも、電話対応のやる気のなさ…今にも眠りそうな声で気怠そうに対応され、鼻で笑いながら『こちらでは新しい商品への取り替えは行ってないので、するならヤマダ電機に電話して下さ〜い。修理の人はそちらに送りますので〜』と言われ、5万もお金を出してこの対応かと思うと怒りが込み上げてきます!!? 2回電話しましたが、2人とも壊れたことに対して一言も謝罪もなく、電話が終了… コロナの社員さん!!一度お客様コールセンターに、客を装ってお電話してみてはいかがでしょうか??

コロナ本社の窓口に製品検討のためスペックなどの質問をいたしました。メーカーが答えるべき内容でしたが、ただ、販売店に確認してくれとしか返信がきませんでした。 いっそのこと、メーカー窓口を廃止し、「顧客対応や質問は一切受け付けていませんので、全て販売店に確認してください」とホームページに記載していただきたいです。こちらも時間の無駄なので。 技術があっても、顧客の視点がない。。残念なことです。
