ラッピングしてもらったものを見てみると袋は傷が3ヶ所あり穴があきそうでした。品物に対してラッピング袋の大きさが合ってません。ラッピング袋をどれにするか、などは初めに聞かれませんでした。
無理に袋に詰め込むくらいなら1言、別の袋にするなり客に声をかけたらどうですか？結局、別のお店でラッピング袋を購入し、自分でラッピングし直しましたが、中の品物には1点、値札がついていました。
何を考えたら値札を取らずにラッピングするのか理解できず驚いています。
店の品揃え自体は良いと思いますが、店員の態度やサービスは問題あると思いましたのでこちらに書き込ませてもらいます。
I just shopped here and asked for wrapping for a gift.
Looking at what was wrapped, the bag had three scratches and seemed to have holes. The size of the wrapping bag does not match the item. At first, I wasn't asked which wrapping bag to use.
Why don't you just say one word if you force it into a bag, or call out to the customer as if you put it in another bag? After all, I bought a wrapping bag at another store and rewrapped it myself, but the item inside had one item and a price tag.
I'm surprised that I can't understand what to think about wrapping without taking the price tag.
I think the store's assortment itself is good, but I think there is a problem with the attitude and service of the clerk, so I will write it here.
