軽くお子さんを遊ばせておくには丁度良いです。
このエリア一体の地面がゴムの様な素材であるため、ふかふかしています。
転んでも痛くないです。（スライディングのような転び方をしたら痛いとは思いますが…）
また、今はコロナ禍で中止になってますが、以前は地面から定期的に水が飛び出す仕組みがあり、時間になるとお子さんが水遊びしている姿が見られました。
あと、ライブなどをするステージもあり、催し物が出来る様になっています。
