★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かなり上から目線での接客。返済日間違えて督促の電話をしてくる。その日じゃないですって言っても遅れるなら電話がないと困るって怒られる。遅れてないし５日前に返してるのに怒られる意味がわからない。さっさと返して二度と借りないようにしたい。
Customer service from the very top. I get a reminder call with a different repayment date. Even if I say it's not that day, if I'm late, I'll get angry because I'm in trouble if I don't have a phone. I'm not late and I don't understand the meaning of getting angry even though I returned it 5 days ago. I want to return it quickly and never borrow it again.

もう絶対利用しません。

I will never use it anymore.
