その時々で整体、気功、鍼、プライベートティラピスを取り入れ試してみましたが
年と共にどんどん身体の浮腫と疲れが進む一方。悩みは解決はしてませんでした。
久しぶりにリンパドレナージュにやっと行けた今、2日目ですがスッキリしました。
