「〇〇病院の地下一階駐車場までお願いします」と頼んだところ、
感じ悪く「そこは入れないんですよね」
との事、行きもタクシーで来たこともあり（別のタクシー会社）そこの場所はタクシーが入れるのも分かっていたし、
他のタクシーも客待ちで止まっていたので、
「タクシー入れると思うのですが？」
と伝えたら
「いつもはバスターミナルでお願いしてるんですよ」
と言われたので、雨も降っていて寒い中バスターミナルまで移動し待っていたら、迎車のタクシーが地下一階の駐車場に入って行きました。しょうがないのでまた地下一階まで移動し、タクシーの運転手に事の顛末を話したら何やら言い訳をされました。
配車した時は運転手ではなく配車センターの方と話したので直接運転手がどうのというわけでは無いですが、夜中だったせいか運転も荒かったので
星1つです。
2021年8月15日の夜中2時ごろ配車センターで勤務してたあんただよ。
I asked for a pick-up in the middle of the night,
When I asked, "Please go to the parking lot on the first basement floor of XX Hospital."
It feels bad, "I can't put it in there."
As I went by taxi (another taxi company), I knew that a taxi could enter there.
Other taxis were also stopped waiting for customers, so
"I think I can take a taxi?"
If you tell
"I usually ask at the bus terminal."
I was told that it was raining and it was cold, so I moved to the bus terminal and waited, and a taxi to pick me up went into the parking lot on the first basement floor. I couldn't help it, so I moved to the first basement floor again and told the taxi driver what happened, and I made some excuses.
When I dispatched the car, I talked to the dispatch center instead of the driver, so I don't know what the driver was doing directly, but probably because it was midnight, the driving was rough.
It is one star.
I was working at the dispatch center around 2:00 midnight on August 15, 2021.
