ロビー案内担当は2人居ますが手際の悪い人に当たるとイライラします。
(話を聞かれるが話が長い)
ようやく窓口に呼ばれましたが、
手続きのやり方がわからないのか隣の担当に
聞いてました。
(時間ばかりかかるので勘弁してほしい)
木更津駅前にある支店の方が快適だったので
そちらを使うことにしました。
またコロナで窓口が11:30～12:30は
閉まるとの事。
どんだけ不便なんだろう。
