★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今までの引越しで不動産屋に来店するとその場で契約を迫られたり、店から出してくれない事が多々あったので、物件探しは基本メールでのやり取りをさせてもらったが、とても真摯に答えて下さりレスポンスも早かった。実際に店舗に行って内覧しても、気に入る物件がなかったり時間をおいて考えたい旨を伝えると、しっかりこちらの意思を汲み取って下さり、無理強いや決断を迫るなどはされなくて安心できた。伏見店にも関わらず京都市内をあちこち回って下さって助かりました。また機会があれば此処にお願いしたいと思っています。

こちらの気持ちに同調しながら話を聞いてくださるので何件か不動産を回ったのですがこちらに決めさせていただきました。
入口近くの席の方や電話番の方は新人さんなのでしょうか、入り口から一番見える席で、姿勢わるく座って端末を見られていたり、電話の応答がハキハキしていないのは第一印象がよろしくなくて損だなぁと思いました。
