★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店舗か古くて駐車場は狭くて大変に不便です。店内には人が溢れていて待ち時間も長いことが多い。良いのはキャッシュコーナーのみです。

総合受付で番号を貰った時点で待ち人数は1人、自分が2番目でした。ところが、なんと50分間たっても呼ばれずずっと待たされ続け。他のお客は、というとガラガラ、変更手続き2名待ち、資産相談2名待ち、そして新規口座開設も2名待ちの状態で延々と待たされる。50分経った頃店内案内係が余りに待ち時間が長い事に気づいてやっと窓口にとおされました。
5つある窓口の内稼働させているのは1つ、資産運用専門で1つ、つまり3つは使っているように見せかけて実は空っぽでした。
番号待ちにもからくりがあって、終わった人の番号をそのまま表示させてあたかも対応中に見せかける悪質さです。
それとは、別に接客態度はとてもフレンドリーでうまい接客でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去年口座を作ったが磁気不良とかで利用出来ず電話したら発行元の埼玉りそな銀行東大宮支店に行けとのこと仕方無く行ったら作り替えて呉れたがこれまた磁気不良で使用出来ず2回目に作ったキャッシュカードは漸く認識されたがこれで当行に対する信用は完全に失墜した。このカードを使って埼玉りそな銀行東大宮支店ATMで入金しようとしたが硬貨は受け付けない。勿論引出も当然硬貨は対象外(`_`)ノ 硬貨対応が出来ないキャッシュカードは無用の長物で意味が無い。加えて指認識とやらで一々ATMに向かって指を翳さないと勧めないのは言語道断。皆さんにお勧めする銀行ではアリマセンので新春早々ですが解約します。
因みに郵貯･みずほ銀行はイライラがありません
