T	Taro Yamada on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 二度と行かない。接客するつもりがないなら店を閉めておけば良いのに。相談があって行きましたが、「いらっしゃいませ」もなくパソコンと向き合っている店員さん。「話しかけても良いですか？」と聞くと「…あ、はい。」いかにも話しかけてはいけないオーラ満載。ネットに載っていた商品について相談したら、「商品は加盟店ごとに違います。うちでは扱ってませんし、値段も全く違います。その商品を掲載しているお店に行けば？」と…。「店舗名は書いてない商品なので」と言っても、「そんなはずないです。すべての商品には店舗名が書いてあります。困るんですよね、そういう勘違いが多くて。」と嫌みとフランチャイズのレクチャー。こちらはそんなこと百も承知で行ってます。「調べてもらえますか？」とお願いしても「それは出来ません」と。まったくやる気なし。その後はずっとPCに向き合っている始末。逆に驚きました。馬鹿らしくなって、「もういいです」と言って店を出ました。車に戻ってスマホで再度確認するとやはり店舗名の記載はなし。本部の商品であることが理解できました。とはいえ「店舗受取り可能」との表示があったため、念のためトレッドの本部に電話で確認したら、本部扱いの商品は加盟店ならどこでも店頭受取可能だと言ってました。本部の方は平謝りでしたけど。どうなっているのやら。 I will never go again.
