もともと集会所前の広場であり、お年寄りがゲートボールをするか、小学生がラジオ体操をするかぐらいしか使っていなかったのを、ちょっとだけきれいにした場所。
といっても、使い道は今も昔もほとんど変わっていない。
当然、滑り台などの大型の遊具はない。
