★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 滋賀県調理師協会主宰の品評会で、お邪魔しました❗滋賀県内の料亭、高級寿司店、料理旅館、料理店、フランス懐石等約１００件が出展されていました❗今から三年前のことです❗表では、県内銘菓や東近江市の特産品が有りました❗びっくりしたのは、鮪の解体シヨ－が有りました❗隣では、五箇荘町の野菜の販売が有りました❗全て有料ですけれど安い方だと思いました❗時間にして約３～３０分程度です❗感想は、なかなか厳しいお財布も各お店の方々も工夫されているんだなぁと思いました❗
I visited you at a fair held by the Shiga Prefecture Cooks Association ❗ About 100 restaurants, high-class sushi restaurants, cooking inns, restaurants, French kaiseki, etc. in Shiga Prefecture were exhibited ❗ Three years ago In the table, there were famous confections in the prefecture and special products of Higashiomi City ❗ What surprised me was the dismantling of kaiseki ❗ Next door, there was a sale of vegetables in Gokaso Town ❗ All I thought it was cheaper though it was charged ❗ It took about 3 to 30 minutes in time ❗ I thought that the strict wallet and the people at each shop were devised ❗
