隣家との間隔が狭く、梯子がかけられないという事情があり、他業者さんに問い合わせても門前払い状態で困っていたところ、瀧島商事さんはすぐに現場確認に来ていただき、工事ができるように考えてくださいました。
さらに、こちらから工事内容を変更したらどうなるか等、1か月間ほどあれこれ問い合わせをしてしまいましたが、全て丁寧にお答えいただけました。おかげさまで大満足の工事をしていただきました。ありがとうございました。また自宅のことで困ったら相談したいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 瀧島商事さんには、エアコンの取付工事をお願いしました。
今までは、大型電器店の標準工事付きで取り付けていました。しかし、毎回追加費用を請求されます。工事の品質にも不満がありました。
それで、今回は本体をネットで注文し、工事を別に依頼することにしました。
本体は季節外れなので安めで購入できました。
工事は、費用よりも丁寧な作業を期待できるところを探しました。
瀧島商事に決めた理由は、２つあります。
（１）場所が近かったこと。これはトラブルの時に心強いため。
（２）見積もりの回答が正式書類（PDFファイル）だったこと。他にも２社に見積もりを出しましたが返信メールにメモしたものでした。なので何処を選ぶか迷いませんでした。
見積もりは、他社より少し高めでした。それでも目的である丁寧な工事を期待しました。
工事は、取付場所に不都合がありましたが、相談して貰いながらの作業で綺麗に仕上がりました。また、ありがたいことに旧工事にあった問題を見つけてくれて直してもらえました。
費用の支払いですが、
作業時間は、取り付け場所の不都合もありかなり時間が掛かってしまいましたが、それでも見積どおりで済みました。
先程は見積もりが少し高めだったと書きましたが、大型店の追加費用を考えると変わらないですね。
それで納得がいく仕上がりで、満足が得られました。狙い通りです。
次のエアコン工事もこちらにお願いする予定です。
工事は10/Mだったので評価が遅くなってしまい申し訳ありません。ありがとうございました。

So, this time I ordered the main body online and decided to request the construction separately.
The main body is out of season, so I could buy it at a low price.
For the construction, I looked for a place where I could expect more polite work than cost.
There are two reasons for choosing Takishima Shoji.
(1) The location was close. This is reassuring in case of trouble.
(2) The answer to the estimate was a formal document (PDF file). I gave a quote to two other companies, but I wrote it down in the reply email. So I didn't hesitate where to choose.
The estimate was a little higher than the other companies. Still, I expected the polite construction that was the purpose.
There was a problem with the installation location during the construction work, but the work was completed beautifully with consultation. Also, thankfully, he found a problem in the old construction and fixed it.

The work time was quite long due to the inconvenience of the installation location, but it was still as estimated.
I wrote earlier that the estimate was a little high, but considering the additional cost of a large store, it is the same.
I was satisfied with the result. That's exactly what I was aiming for.
We are planning to ask for the next air conditioner construction here.

HPを見たところ、住んでいる街に比較的近いことと、業務実績が豊富なようでしたので、瀧島商事様に依頼しました。
我が家に井戸の設計図が残っておらず、浅いか深いかがわからなかったので、部品取り寄せが二度手間になってしまいましたが、快く応対してくださいました。当日の井戸の交換作業も手際良く数時間で終わり、仕上がりもきれいで満足しています。
