往復4～5時間程の少し遠方だった為、確認をしてから伺おうと思い、電話で聞いたところ「中古車なので、キズはないとは言えませんが、目立ったキズはありません」
との事でしたので、遠くから伺う事も伝え、訪問しました
しかしながら車両を見てみれば一目でわかる広範囲のキズ。ボンネットにもドアにもバンパーにも。
これだけキズがあるにもかかわらず、ネットの画像にはそこのところは一切の掲載は無し
スタッフは、
「この車はキズが多いので安くさせてもらってます」
「いや、電話ではキズはほぼ無いと言われましたが？」
「その電話（受けたの）僕じゃないですね」
↑お詫びもなく余計な一言
あなただったのかどうかは知りませんが、お客様は、スタッフの発言はその会社の発言と受けとります
接客業をしていて、そんなこともわからないのでしょうか？
適当すぎます
ダメ元で、そのキズを直してもらってこの価格では無理かとたずねましたが、それも難しいとの事で断られました
全くの無駄足でした

また、納車も担当者さんのお休みを返上して私達の都合に合わせてくれました！
本当に感謝しています！
余談となりますが、su◯ランドで検討している方は気をつけた方がいいですよ。
オプション付けないと態度は急変、購入意思を見せると翌日には値段の大幅釣り上げ。
国籍、性別、相手を見て接客態度を変える最低な接客。
