カードガチャをするため、高額紙幣の両替をレジにてお願いした際に、店員にいちいち「店外の他店のガチャの両替では無いですか?当店内のガチャの為の両替でしょうか?」と、くどくど変に丁寧に聞かれ、とても不愉快だった。 他の店員(全員男性店員)も、レジカウンターの中で5〜6人集まって、何の作業もせず、ただ私服にエプロンを着けてフラフラと雑談しており、遊び半分で仕事しているのだと感じた。 私服でも、エプロン着けた時点でもう仕事だし、客から見れば店員なので公私混同しないでもらいたい。 店自体にメリハリ、締まりが無く、毎回不快な対応なので本当行きたくない。 行ける範囲の唯一のコナミフレンドリーショップなので仕方無く来店しているが、本当に店員の対応の姿勢を改善してもらいたい。 また、カードゲーム大会の日や、土日などは客が非常に増え、只でさえ混雑しているのに、1〜2人しか店員が機能しておらず、残りの店員は常連客と趣味の話で盛り上がっていて、仕事していない。 常連客のガラも悪く、店内が身内だけの溜まり場化していて、すごくうるさく非常に腹が立つ。

以前来店しましたが、店員さんの態度がよろしくないお店でした。 大会が当日あるか確認すると30分後に受付開始すると答えをもらい、30分後に行ったら、エントリーする人いなかったので大会はその日の大会は無くなったと答えられました。なぜ確認したのに即参加者無しと判断したのでしょうか?やる気が感じられません。接客と呼べるのでしょうか?

買い取り査定をお願いしましたが、最低と言わざるを得ません。 明らかに査定にかけている時間が短く、また値段の付くカードをわざわざ上にしていたにも関わらずまとめて10円。疑問に思いこちらが確認したらやはり数千円の買い取りになりました。 ミスとしても酷すぎますが、その後店員も一切悪びれる様子もなく、何より接客としても対応が酷すぎます。バイトの学生に対応されているようでした。

販売価格の基準が謎です。 別の方も書いてますが、価格更新してないんじゃないでしょうか。 環境トップのカードを売りに行っても知識が古いのか安く買い叩かれ、かといって販売価格は相場よりやや高め… 売るにも買うにもメルカリの下位互換ですね。 ではプレイスペースのほうはどうかというと、 イスがぐらついたりストレージのスリーブが落ちてたりであまりキレイじゃありません。 Twitterも商品の広告は毎日しているものの 大会に関する告知等が一切ないのが不満です。 参加者が少なく活気が感じられませんでした。 また、コロナ禍にも関わらずcocoaが必須という基本的なことさえ告知していないので、今日もレジで突っぱねられてるお客さんがいました。 大会楽しみですねーとショーケース前でお話ししてた方だったのでものすごく気まずかったです。 総論としては、一にも二にも金でサービスの質は期待するだけ無駄です。 市内他店はもっとしっかりしてるので、数年後あるかも怪しいショップです。
