オーダーしたのは、のどぐろの塩焼きと、佐渡銀鮭の刺し身です。
どちらも新鮮で、味付けも北国育ちの私の好みでした。
お店の方達は皆さん親切で親しみやすく、良い新潟の思い出ができました。
I visited alone and had a light meal.
I ordered grilled Nodoguro and sashimi of Sado silver salmon.
Both were fresh and the seasoning was my favorite raised in the north.
The shop staff were all kind and friendly, and I had good memories of Niigata.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ のどぐろ塩焼き、のどぐろ刺身、栃尾油揚げ、梅水晶、おしんこ盛合せ、鯛茶漬けを注文。のどぐろの塩焼きも刺身も淡白かつ脂の乗った味が旨かった。特にのどぐろの刺身は皮を炙ってあるので、香ばしさも加わり最高。おしんこ盛合せの牛蒡が旨く、母親がとても気に入って食べていた。鯛茶漬けの出汁も旨い。栃木から新潟に旅行に来て良かったと思える食事だった。予約しないと待ち時間が長いので、予約がオススメ。提携する駐車場は無い。
I ordered grilled sea bream, sashimi of sea bream, fried tochio, plum crystal, assorted blackthroat seaperch, and pickled sea bream. Both the grilled seaperch and the sashimi had a light and fatty taste. Especially, the sashimi of Nodoguro is roasted, so it is the best with the added fragrance. The burdock assorted with burdock was delicious, and my mother liked it very much. The soup stock of sea bream chazuke is also delicious. It was a good meal to come to Niigata from Tochigi. If you do not make a reservation, the waiting time will be long, so it is recommended to make a reservation. There is no affiliated parking lot.

ファーストオーダーの刺身が出てくるのに
40分かかりました。
お魚さんを海まで取りに行ってるのかな？？
たぶんこの店は予約のコース料理の合間に
アラカルト客の料理をしているんでしょう。
そんな感じがしました。
私たちは割と早い時間の訪問だったので
まだ良かったですが、後から来た隣の客の
料理はさらに遅くて店員に直接怒ってましたね。そりゃそうなるわ。
ただ、提供される料理はお値段に見合う
美味しい海鮮料理だったので
なんとももったいない店だなぁという印象。
提供スピードさえ上がればもっと
評価できる店です。
