御祭神は蒼稲魂命。
稲荷（とうか）森が語源と言われ、この地域は森だった事を窺わせます。
また、 入口には関東では余り見られない標柱（しめばしら）がありますが、宣揚文（せんようぶん）は彫られていない様です。
境内には遊具も置かれています。
