t	takeo ha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 寺久保さんに、対応していただきました。 WEB上から物件を検索し、目ぼしい物件を見つけた上で、インターリビング経由で内見を希望。日暮里舎人ライナー沿線を絞った上でお伝えし、あらかた自分達でも調べたつもりになっていたのですが、自分達では見つけることができなかった、条件に合うよりお得な物件を数件、紹介していただくことができました。(最終的にはその物件に決定しました) こちらの予定により、店舗に訪問する時間が遅めの時間だったのにも関わらず、夜遅くまで親身に内見にも付き合っていただき、その日は、4件の物件を内見。十分に検討した上で決めることができたので、納得感も高かったです。物件を決めた後も、室内の換気扇や自転車置き場について、引っ越し時の駐車スペースなど、いろいろと質問させていただいたのですが、スグに確認していただき、その点もすごくありがたかったです。契約後も家具の配置を想定するために、間取りを測定したくて、再度の内見もお願いしてしまったのですが、嫌な顔ひとつせず、快く引き受けてくださって、感謝しています！また、物件が決まった後に店舗で契約書を交わすのですが、その際に説明してくださった方の説明や資料がとても丁寧でわかりやすかったので、契約の時も安心して契約することができました。今回の物件選びで、こちらの不動産屋さんに話を聞こうと思った理由は、希望路線沿いにある不動産の中でGoogleのクチコミの評価が高かったからなのですが、実際にクチコミのとおり満足することができたと思います。ただ、お客さんも多く、特に週末はお忙しそうでしたので、もし、店舗に伺う方は、前もって予約した上で行った方がいいかもしれません。 Mr. Terakubo responded.
