福島市へ向かう途中、ちょうどライトアップされた満開の桜を観ることが出来ました。
鳥居の上の小高い場所から岩を割るようにそびえ立つ4本の桜が、とても趣きのある佇まいです。
It is right next to the roadside station Sakuranogo.
On the way to Fukushima City, I was able to see the cherry blossoms in full bloom just lit up.
The four cherry blossoms that rise like breaking a rock from a small high place above the torii have a very quaint appearance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新殿神社の岩桜を観ると最近は懐かしさに心が踊り体の奥底～?が込み上げます。一つは、幼少の頃の神社のお祀り1966年頃の賑かさに、二つめは、2001年頃に、二度と帰れないのでは、と言った思い。三っ目は、最近、老から体の自由が聞かなくなっています。岩桜さん、貴方は150年以上生きて居ます。来春の見頃には、油絵をゆるりと書かせて下さいませ。追記です!今年は寒暖差も有り、雪も降りましたので綺麗な桜の花が観られそうですけど今から楽しみ百倍です!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新殿神社の岩桜が有名ですが，神殿はこの鳥居を通り200ｍ位先に有ります。車で行く為には福田寺の駐車場をぬけていく行く。千手観音の右側に有ります。
The rock cherry blossoms at Shinden Shrine are famous, but the temple is about 200 meters away through this torii gate. To go by car, go through the parking lot of Fukuda Temple. It is on the right side of Senju Kannon.
