実際にシーユーシーフーズ掛川東病院で勤務2ヶ月半ですが、一般常識からかけ離れた田舎独自のそこだけの考えが浸透しておりとても良い方向に導いたり自分の将来を正確に考えることができる職場ではありません 新しく入ってきた人たちは結局やめていくことしか選択肢がありません 現在調理の仕事についている人間は6人ぐらいいますが半数以上は古くからこの会社の甘い汁を吸っているメンバーで今現在リーダーをしている人間も自分には甘く人には厳しく言ったことや責任をとらずまた他の2人の古いメンバーも人の意見などを聞く気持ちもなく自分の思い通りにやりたいように作りたいようにしているのが現状です 2ヶ月半自分も身を寄せた会社ですがいいところはほとんど見当たらず結果的に新しく入った人間たちは私も含めて退職の意向を伝えた現場です 現場の状況が、問題点が本社または営業所のトップに伝わる事はまずなくここでの起こっている事はほぼ改善されることは無いと思います 本当に救いようのない会社だと思います

全てがなっていない。 m3.com経由でスポット求人に採用された。 この会社が下請けだったが、孫請けに仕事を丸投げして中抜き。孫受け会社には何も詳細を伝えておらず、当日の雇用契約は何もなし、本人確認すら無し。孫受けは「あとで契約書送る」としか聞かされていないと。 当日に証書や履歴書持ってこいって書いたくせに。 勤務から2週間遅れで来た契約書もメールが突然やってきただけで、チェックしていないと見過ごしておしまい、しかも返信締め切りが翌日。融通が全く聞かず、振込先すら口座分割が無理。 いつの時代のやり方ですか???? (ほぼ同内容のスポット求人を他会社が下請けしていましたが、そちらはちゃんと下請け会社が来て取り仕切り、契約も本人確認も当然あり、振込先もこちら指定の物で問題ありませんでした。) こちらの問い合わせには反応がすこぶる遅い。 クチコミを見てみると、定期的にサクラして評価上げしてるみたいだし、ろくな会社じゃないね。 たいそうな理念掲げる前に契約の一つくらいちゃんとしたらどうですかね。

医療に対する課題意識が強く、会社全体が同じ方向に向かって医療課題を解決しようとしている会社だと感じました。社員の方々もフレンドリーかつ情熱的な方が多い印象です。これからどんどん大きくなっていく会社なのではないかと思います。

エムスリーのバイト応募したが、バイトの可否の連絡が全く来ず、エムスリーに連絡するも担当者にも催促してますとの返事。 以降も全く連絡来ず、当日のバイト開始3時間前にバイトなくなりましたと連絡。 その後謝罪の連絡もなく、こちらから連絡してやっと謝罪する始末。企業として常識がなさすぎ。 前の人も書いてる通りクチコミは定期的にサクラして評価上げしてるみたいだし、救いようがないですね。

m3を経由してCUCの求人に応募しました。資格などの書類を現場に持参する様にと求人掲示板でメッセージを受けましたが、データの送信ではだめなのか問い合わせるも返信なし。 また当日持参するも、現場スタッフからはメール送信に変わった様ですと。ただし我々は緊急連絡先のみ提示されているため、メールアドレスは知らない状況。緊急連絡先に電話するも不通。さらに就労契約書も当日現場にてネットで確認してくださいと言われました。 この様な杜撰な対応ではまともな会社とは思えません。

m3経由で求人に応募した際に関わりを持ちました。 どうやら、m3の関連企業だったようです。 皆さんがコメントされているように、 管理も対応が…です。 一般常識は通用しないと思った方が良いです。 急変時の対応について伺った際に、 "自分の担当していない患者さんの急変は、 近くにいても対応する必要はありません。" という返答を頂いたことには、 医療に携わるものとしては衝撃を受けました。 (通常の医療体制では、急変時は付近にいる医療スタッフが総出で状況が落ち着くまでは対応します。) 営利企業と考えると、致し方ないことなのかもしれませんが…。 医師のアルバイト求人サイトは他にも沢山ありますし、 周りの同僚たちにも注意喚起を促しています。
