他車の通行に支障をきたす様な場所に平気で停車する。酷い時はバス停に停車したり、横断歩道に停車する始末。
黄色信号無視もよく見かける。
乗客優先で法令遵守は二の次か。
運転マナーは、たちの悪い素人と同レベル。

家からや外出先からタクシーに乗りたいときも迎車が無料ですとかなりハードルがさがり、頼みやすくなると思います。
車種も様々で、昔ながらのクラウンだけではなく、車内広々としたシエンタなども用意されており、大きい荷物を乗せるときや家族で乗る時などに重宝させていただいております。
最近では後部座席にタッチパネルのモニターが設置しており、町田の人気なお店の情報を見ることができ、すこしの時間タクシーに乗るときにも飽きがこないようになっています。
地域密着のタクシー会社様なので、これからもお世話になると思います。

配車の方々も丁寧で気持ち良く
なるべく配車できるように努力して下さっている感じがします。
運転手さんも親切です。
忘れ物もちゃんと気付いてくれて
降りた所まで戻って下さったことがありました。
もちろん、次のお客様までの時間の余裕があったからとは思いますが、皆さんの親切心を感じます。
私は東日本タクシーファンなので

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 会社の規模的に仕方ないのかもしれないが、配車を頼んでも近くを車が走っていないことばかり。とある病院から帰る時に電話しても、一度もこの会社のタクシーを呼べたことがない。運転手の接客はとても良いと思うので、タクシーを呼んでもこないのが改善されることを期待したいです。
