さ	さるぱか on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ サムシングの契約者が、自分が借りているアパート前の道路に頻繁に違法駐車している。サムシングに通報するとしばらくは駐車しなくなるが、数ヶ月経つとまた駐車する。何度も指摘しているにもかかわらず定期的に巡回もしないし、新規契約者にも何も言わないからまた駐車する。対応がクソすぎる。 Something contractors frequently park illegally on the road in front of their apartment. ペ	ペロリン on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★マイナス10 ★★★★★★★★★★ \| ☆☆☆☆☆ -10 0 +5 --- もう十数年前の話となりますが、家賃支払いに関してトラブルありました。管理がとても杜撰な不動産屋でしたね。 --- 家賃を支払ったにも関わらず、退去時に1ヶ月分家賃が未納になっていると言われました。こちらは払ったと言っても、支払われていないの一点張り。1年ぐらい前からずっと1ヶ月分未納状態だったと主張されました。 --- 仕方ないので、こちらで銀行に問い合わせし、過去の振り込み履歴を全て調べてもらいました。その結果、家賃は問題なく全額支払っていることが判明し（つまりサムシングの管理ミスだった）、その事実を伝えたところ「すみませんでした～」と軽い感じの対応しかされませんでした。銀行で確認してもらう際に手数料も発生しており、むこうの過失だったにも関わらず、その費用は何故かこちら負担となりました...。なお、当時自分は大学生で家賃は親が払っていたのですが、この件で親とちょっと喧嘩になりました。（最初は親が支払い忘れたのかなと思ったので）本当、思い出すだけで腹が立ちます。 --- また、数か月分の敷金も全額帰ってきませんでした。退去時の修繕費用やクリーニング費用という名目で敷金満額分の請求をされました。今改めて考えてみると全然納得いかないですね。この不動産屋で部屋を借りて敷金が戻ってきた人ているんですかね？ --- この不動産屋で部屋を借りた方が、退去時に同様のトラブルないことを祈っております。 ★ Minus 10 ★★★★★★★★★★ \| ☆☆☆☆☆ -10 0 +5 --- It's been a dozen years ago, but I had a problem with rent payment.
