★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1年ぐらい前に住んでいたアパートが指定のガス会社だったので使ってましたが昼の電話対応はまあまあ悪いですが夜に電話すると物凄いたちの悪い男が電話対応しています。
上から目線でタメ口でお客様を何様と思うぐらい嫌な会社です。
I used it because the apartment I lived in about a year ago was a designated gas company, but the telephone support during the day is not so good, but when I call at night, a terrible bad guy is responding to the phone.
It's a company that I hate as much as I think of customers from the top.
