松	松本雄介 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ホットペッパービューティーにクチコミを書いても反映されなかったため、こちらに書かせていただきます。私は、ホットペッパー経由で予約していたのですが、当日来店すると名前やメニューの確認も何もなく席を案内されました。店長らしき人にカットしてもらっていたのですがカットも終わりかけの時に電話が鳴りました。恐らく予約していた方が来れないとか遅くなるという旨の電話だったと思います。すると慌てて「○○さんじゃなかったですか!？」と聞かれ「違いますよ。」と言うと「ホットペッパーで予約の△△さんですか？」と聞かれました。私は、対応の稚拙さにあきれてしまって本来はカットとプラスでヘッドスパを予約していましたが、これ以上長くこの場所にいたくないなと思ったので「違います、飛び込みです。」と言いました。帰り際に「ウチは予約してもらうほうが確実だと思いますよ。」と言われて、内心「したわ・・」と腹が立ちましたがもう2度と関わることがないので良いと思い無視しました。しかし、これだけならまだ我慢できましたが、飛び込みの客として正規の料金を支払ったのにも関わらず、後でホットペッパーのポイントを確認してみるとポイントを利用して施術してもらったことになっていました。行ってないことになっているのに、行ったとリクルート側に申請をだしているのでしょうか。まあ、本当に不誠実な美容室ですので、本当におススメしません。 If you write a review on Hot Pepper Beauty, it was not reflected, so I will write it here.
