注文は間違えるし、返事もしないし、にこりともしない。
お好み焼きはそこそこ美味しかったかな？
客層も、たち悪そうな柄悪そうな人が多くて
お店の中も汚いし、あんまし行きたくないかも。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 彼氏が広島焼き好きなんで結構行く事が多くて昨夜も行きエビ、餅、山芋入りを頼んで久しぶりに美味しく頂きました‼️トッピングが選べるのでその日に寄って好みに合わせて注文出来るので嬉しいかな☺️
My boyfriend likes Hiroshima-yaki, so I often go there last night and asked for shrimp, mochi, and yam, and it was delicious for the first time in a while! ️ You can choose toppings, so I'm glad that you can order according to your taste on that day ☺️

お好み焼きとねぎ焼きをアツアツでいただきました。
ズリをねぎ焼きへ入れたのですがとても美味しかったです(^^)

・モダン焼き800円（税込）。
・モダン焼きは、具材を1品選択する形に（豚肉を選びました）
・美味しかったです。
・やや濃い目のソースが食欲をそそました。
【座席】
・10人くらいが座れるカウンターに着席。
・密を避けるため、3人分くらいに間引きされてました。
・奥に4人がけのテープル席が4つくらい？
【テークアウト】
・お昼のせいか、持ち帰りのお客さんも多くいました。
・電話などで事前に注文し、出来た頃に取りに来るパターンが多かったようです。
【その他】
・レトロ感がマッチしていて、心地よかったです。
・入り口に、新聞や漫画がおいてあります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 広島スタイルのお好み焼き実食86軒目のこの店で、【モダン焼(所謂そば入り)+しそ+野菜W+玉子W】を食べました。
・店内壁面に広島県三原市の有名店の修了証書が飾られています。故に味は「三原焼き」に近いのだと思います。※もやし無し、モツは未確認
・ソースは「お好み焼てっちゃん」のオリジナルソースで酸味強め。
・野菜Wにしたので提供まで時間が掛かるだろうと覚悟していましたが、焼き始め～提供まで実測14分50秒。
・店主に鉄板厚を訊いたところ「分からない、気にしたこともない」とのこと。目測推定15mm前後。
・広島市内のお好み焼き屋で提供されるような所謂「広島焼き」をイメージして初訪しない方が良いと思います。
・三原出身者の方なら「故郷の味」として美味しくいただけるのではないかと思われますが、私のクチには合わなかったので、★ひとつとしました。
At this 86th Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki restaurant, I ate [modern okonomiyaki (so-called soba noodles) + shiso + vegetables W + egg W].
・ A certificate of completion from a famous store in Mihara City, Hiroshima Prefecture is displayed on the wall of the store. Therefore, I think the taste is similar to "Mihara-yaki". * No bean sprouts, unconfirmed offal
・ The sauce is the original sauce of "Oshiyaki Tecchan" with a strong acidity.
・ Because I made vegetables W, I was prepared that it would take time to serve, but it took 14 minutes and 50 seconds from the start of baking to the serving.
・ When I asked the owner about the thickness of the iron plate, he said, "I don't know, I haven't bothered." Estimated by eye measurement is around 15 mm.
・ I think it is better not to visit for the first time with the image of so-called "Hiroshima-yaki" that is offered at okonomiyaki restaurants in Hiroshima city.
・ If you are from Mihara, I think you can enjoy it as a "hometown taste", but it didn't suit my taste, so I chose one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best service around. We didn't speak much Japanese but the staff tried so hard to be accommodating. They got to know us and the food was very yummy. 10/10 would recommend if you are foreigner who is seeking the authentic local experience.
