★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここのケアマネの○木という人が担当だったけど、仕事しない。利用者が車椅子の交換を相談してもみんな同じでしょうと取り合ってすらもくれなかったそうだ。前々から不信感が強くあり、合わなかったので思い切ってケアマネを交代して車椅子の交換も相談したらすぐ動いてくれた。やはり住んでいる住所と違う市町村の事業所のケアマネだからだろうか、本人の性格かはわからないがもっと早くケアマネ交代してもらうと良かったと後悔しています。
 The care manager here, Oki, was in charge, but I don't work. Even if the users consulted about changing the wheelchair, they didn't even agree that they would all be the same. I had a strong sense of distrust from before, so I took the plunge and changed the care manager and consulted about changing the wheelchair, and he immediately moved. I don't know if it's because it's a care manager at a business office in a municipality that is different from the address where I live, but I regret that I should have had the care manager changed sooner.
