勿論全員が全員そういった人間性というわけではないでしょうが、そういった人間が働いているというだけでその職場の環境が色々と伺えてきます。当然まともではありません。

以前この会社で働いたことがあります。私よりも二週間先に就業した派遣社員の方が、社員から毎日のように罵声を浴びせかけられていた。精神的に追い込まれ昼休みにトイレにこもるほど体調が悪化していた。
近年、パワハラが社内で問題視させるようになったようで、「パワハラ対策室」という部門が新たに設けられ、パワハラを無くす取り組みをしていると聞きましたが、逆に言えば、それだけパワハラが酷いということである。
もしも、「ゲーム関連の仕事で楽しそうだから。」等といった理由でこの会社で働きたいと思っているならば、絶対に応募してはいけない。特に、この会社のスタジオの中に「シールドルーム」といって、鍵の掛かった部屋がありますが、シールドルームの中で大声で罵倒されても声が外に漏れないようになっている。特にシールドルームの仕事に割り当てられた場合には、仕事に入らずに、あるいは昼休み等の一時的に部屋の外に出るタイミングで逃げたほうがいい。
