★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お風呂のシャワー水栓が水漏れしていたので、メーカーさんに依頼しようか、工務店さんに依頼しようか悩んでいたところ、ご近所の方に「対応が親切やったよ〜」と教えていただき、リフォーるさんに依頼させていただきました。まず、出張見積もりが無料なのが有り難かったです。見積もりに来られた時も、自社の使い捨てスリッパを持参されていましたし、心遣いが感じられました。丁寧に診断・提案・見積もりをしていただき、お願いすることに。料金を先に振り込むと、翌日には施行日の予約の電話がかかってきました。施行当日は ２〜３時の予約でしたが、他の現場が早く終わったのでと １２時半に来ていただき、30分もかからず作業終了。作業中は、職人さんに色々質問させていただいたのですが、ひとつひとつわかりやすく丁寧に教えていただきました。作業が終わる少し前に、副店長さんが 作業の確認と工事完工引渡のためにお見えになりました。副店長さんも職人さんも技術はもちろん、本当に親切で丁寧に対応していただきました。ご近所の紹介なので、クオカードも後日送ってくださるとのこと。水回りだけではなく 幅広くやっておられるそうなので、また何か困りごとがあれば、リフォーるさんにご相談させていただきたいと思います。この度は、迅速・丁寧に対応くださり、ありがとうございました。

I made a reservation for 2 to 3 o'clock on the day of enforcement, but I had you come at 12:30 because other sites finished early, and the work was completed in less than 30 minutes. During the work, I asked the craftsmen various questions, but each one was taught in an easy-to-understand manner. Shortly before the work was completed, the deputy store manager came to see us to confirm the work and deliver the work. Both the deputy store manager and the craftsmen were really kind and polite, not to mention the technology. Since it is an introduction to the neighborhood, he will send me a quo card at a later date. It seems that he is doing a wide range of things, not just around the water, so if you have any problems, I would like to consult with Mr. Refor. Thank you for your prompt and courteous response.
