み	みっこさん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自宅の鍵を落としてしまったので、念のため鍵交換をお願いしました。色々な鍵があって、どれに交換すればいいのかまったく分からなかったのですが、親切丁寧に分かりやく説明してくれたので、悩むことなく交換する鍵のタイプを決めることが出来ました。実は最初、別のお店に鍵交換をお願いしたところ、鍵交換はやっていないと言われてしまい、鍵交換をお願い出来るところはないかと探していたところ、ロックファクトリー横浜さんを見つけました。鍵交換作業も丁寧で対応も早く、こちらにお願いしてとても良かったです！ I dropped my home key, so I asked for a key exchange just in case.
