駅から近くて良い立地。駐車場もあるので行きやすい。
毎週のようにイベントやってるようです。

2018/10/19ホームページを確認したところ、下記記載がありました。
「ABCハウジング 神戸駅前住宅公園は、
2018年9月30日(日)をもちまして
リニューアルのため一時的に閉場」
追記：2018/11/16
ホームページに下記記載がありました。当分お休みのようです。
「2019年5月、
新たに生まれ変わった神戸駅前住宅公園をオープンする予定です。
このサイトにて情報を随時お知らせしますのでぜひご期待ください。」

There was the following description on the homepage. It seems to be a holiday for the time being.
"May 2019,
We are planning to open a newly reborn Kobe station square residential park.
We will keep you updated on this site, so please look forward to it. "

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて展示場へ行きました。
とても綺麗で最新デザインのお家が沢山並んでいて、とても夢のある感じでした。
イベントも沢山していて、親子連れが大半でした。
ダイワハウスの前でも小さな子供向けのイベントをしていたのですが、そこに居た女性のスタッフが子供好きではない感じの方で、とても気を害しました。接客向けでもない感じの人でした。
なので、星２つです。
I went to the exhibition hall for the first time.
A lot of very beautiful and up-to-date houses lined up and it was a dream.
There were a lot of events, and most of them were parents and children.
There was an event for small children in front of Daiwa House, but the female staff there felt that they were not fond of children. It was a person who did not feel like serving customers.
So it ’s two stars.

車はumieの駐車場に停めましたが、見学すると隣接のTimesのコインを
もらえるみたいです。
9月17日の午後に夫婦で来ましたが、ABCの受付の女性が他に来客はいないにもかかわらず無愛想でむっつりしており挨拶も無く、アンケートを渡しても礼も言わずで記念品を貰う時にもこちらが気を使うような気分にさせられました。
もちろん、ありがとうございました、の一言もなく。
記念品目当ての冷やかしだと思われてるのか、と思いました。
ゆとり世代？なのかもしれませんが最低限の挨拶もできないような
受付を置いてる時点で企業のレベルの低さを感じます。
受付は顔です、若ければいい、というわけではないと思います。
始めに対応してくれたキャップをかぶった年配のおじさんの方が
まだましでした。
展示場の営業の方達の感じはとても良かったのですが
気分が悪いのでもう来ようとは思いませんでした。
展示場はミサワホームがオシャレでしっかりした作りで
耐震や断熱も良く気に入りましたが、なにせモデルハウス(^_^;)。
現実的では無さすぎるので、もう少し現実的な家を見れたらなぁ、と
感じました。

〈パチ屋の駐車場スタッフの方がちゃんと教育されてるで？〉
住宅メーカースタッフが駐車場をほとんど占有化していて、一般用の駐車場ブース僅かしか無いようなので満車〈以前も満車やった〉待機長かった。
・・神戸ではサードハウス検討ハズシやな。
