★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何度かキッチンや浴室などのクリーニングを頼みました。先日の方は風呂場の掃除など全体的に細かいところまでやってもらえて、対応の感じも含め良かったです。 担当してくれる人による掃除の具合にかなりムラがあるのは気になります。 私の場合は先日の方々がよかったので満足しています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入居前の空室クリーニングを依頼しました。丸一日かかりましたが、丁寧な対応で細かいところまで大変綺麗にしてくださいました。今後の手入れの仕方も含めて教えてくださったのでよかったです。
1点、お風呂場の鏡の水垢が酷く追加料金がかかりました。通常料金の掃除では取れないとのことで追加しましたが、通常でどこまで綺麗になるか分からない中での追加料金は判断が難しかったです。
しかし全体としてはとても満足しています。
