y	yu ken (bob) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車で行くと駐車場がなく、100パーキングに停めないといけない。公共機関からだと10分くらい歩く。中は綺麗で対応も良いが、収納が欲しいと言っても設計図内に作ってもらえず、リノベーションした家も壁紙は所々剥がれていたり、光電話回線が通ってなかったり、熱感知器も作動してない始末。連絡してもきちんと対応されず、もう関係ないと言われる。完成後には観葉植物を送りますと言われ、完成から一年後発覚した感知器等の件で電話した時にも観葉植物を送りますと言われてたのに三年たっても来ず。唯一良かったのは床材。 If you go by car, there is no parking lot and you have to park at 100 parking lots. O	Ooo Ya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 絶対おすすめできない。もう二度と担当者の顔も見たく無い。家も売りに出したい気分。夢も何もない最悪なリノベーションになった。ある程度プランが詰まった後に基本プランが出てきた。基本プランのリスクみたいな紙も渡されるが、ある程度決まった後にグレードを落とす辛さ。仕事の進め方がお客目線ではなく、会社のことばかり。できると言われてた半分以上はできない。忙しいのかちゃんと取り合ってはくれない。家づくりって、そうゆうものかね…と悲しくなる。やはりフランチャイズ。フランチャイズでなくても生き残っていけるような丁寧さや真心みたいなものは一切ない。 I can't recommend it. Paper like the risk of the basic plan is also given, but it is hard to drop the grade after it is decided to some extent. The way of working is not from the customer's point of view, but only about the company. I can't do more than half of what I was told I could do. You can't keep up with me if you're busy. It makes me sad that building a house is like that. After all it is a franchise. There is no such thing as politeness or sincerity that allows you to survive even if you are not a franchise.
