★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 公益財団法人だが実質はNTTのシンパが集まる団体。所用で何度か電話する機会があったが電話応対レベルにバラつきがあり驚いた。というより、怖い印象がほとんど。心のこもった応対は仮にも電話応対コンクールを主催する団体なのに、それで良いのだろうか？ 悲しくなるので、心など込めなくてもいいから表面的だけでもいいから丁寧な電話応対にならないものか。もう人間ではなくAI電話受付のほうが良いのかもしれない。
 Although it is a public interest incorporated foundation, it is actually an organization where NTT sympathizers gather. I had the opportunity to call several times, but I was surprised that the level of telephone response varied. Rather, most of them have a scary impression. Is it okay if the heartfelt response is an organization that hosts a telephone response contest? Because it makes me sad, I don't have to put my heart into it, so it's okay if it's just superficial, so isn't it a polite telephone response? It may be better to accept AI phone calls instead of humans.
