内見は予約しないとできないと言われましたが、木曜日の昼に店内ガラガラで誰もいなくて暇そうなのに、今日は内見が立て込んでいるとか、、笑
わかりやすいウソですね。もっとましな言い方ありそうだけど。
というか、この時期に内見待ちとかしてたら別の人に取られると思いますけど？
エイブルは自社物件しか進んで紹介したがらないのは知ってましたけどここまで内見まで拒否って面倒くさそうに対応されたのは初めてです。
ここはお勧めしないです。なぜ高評価なのかわからない。
お茶を出してきたおばさんも顔死んでたし店全体の風紀が悪いです。

真相は分からないですが、本当に保証人関係なら提携してる保証会社に審査を通す提案もしてもらえたはずなのに、ただ落ちましたの報告だけで何もなし。さらに「保証会社の審査が通っても、物件の審査が通るとは限らない」とまで言われました。それって、落ちた理由は別のところにあるって言ってるようなものですよね。
終始「オーナーが細かい方なので…」とオーナーのせいにしていましたが、そういうオーナーだと理解しているのに、何も助言してくれなかったところに不信感を覚えました。
その他にも不信感を覚えるところが多々あり、こんな対応をされたらオーナーを理由にして、エイブル側の都合で落とされたと思わざるを得ません。お客を選別しているのですか？
1ヶ月以上も前から物件を探していたのに、日程の希望も事前に言っていたのに、口コミ等で調べて信用してエイブルにしたのに、本当に酷いです。予定が台無しになって、引っ越し業者も全てキャンセルです。
引っ越しって、家探しって当たり前ですがその人の暮らしと人生を左右するものなんですよ。
そういうことをきちんと理解して仕事なさってるんですか？お客と向き合ってるんですか？
もう二度と利用致しません。
ちなみに担当の方は瀧中さんという方です。

I had been looking for a property for more than a month, and even though I had said in advance that I wanted a schedule, I looked it up in word of mouth and trusted it, but it was really terrible. The schedule is ruined and all the moving companies are cancelled.
It's natural to move and look for a house, but it affects the life and life of the person.

I will never use it again.
