If you need to get (honestly) your Visa, he is the right person at the right price. If you don’t speak Japanese, he speaks English or you go with a Japanese... He is strict, performing, professional and fast. Sensei Hirashima is the right person to get satisfy in the right time and price. The office is easy to find with the google address. There are very good restaurants at Seibu building, level 8, close to the station. So, in conclusion, I strongly recommend you Mr. Hiroshima for your Visa.

We used Mr Hirashima‘s services to obtain a spousal visa - which is a big task in and of itself requiring guidance from someone in the know. During this pandemic with all the offices closed or closing it was very tough indeed, and we were glad to have had Mr Hirashima on our side. The bigger hurdle was that we were switching from a spousal to tourist and then back to a a spousal visa(borders were closing again), wich would have been deemed impossible by most. But we made it ! Mr Hirashima was always available for advice and answered any questions we had immediatley in a very polite manner. I can whole heartedly recommend this administrative attorney and wish him all the best.
