It's also better to make a reservation before 4pm, because after 4pm you will be charged and extra 540 yen. The mostly always remove the old extentions and then extend with new lashes. They also tell you exactly how many eyelashes they have extended on your lashes. For me today it's 160. So you feel safe that they haven't charge you more for less.
