S	Shota Uchida on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鳥の穴というラーメン屋さんの横の階段が入り口です。エレベーターはなく、4階まで上がるとフロア全体がこちらのスペースになります。通常は施錠されているので予約時（ホームページやスペースマーケット）に暗証番号を確認し開場・入室する流れになります。設備は常に更新されるので新しいものが導入されていたりしますが、キッチンの備品はある程度揃っています。製氷機があり、氷を使えるのが重宝してます。また、奥には楽屋のような控え室があります。講師が登壇するようなイベントや、鏡もあるのでコスプレイベントで使えそうですね。机は重くないのでレイアウト変更などして使えます（現状復帰が必要だったと思います）スピーカーから音楽が流せます。テレビモニターも利用可能。wifiあります。料金が少し高いだけありこの辺の設備は充実しています。また、トイレも設備内にあるのですが、洗面所の奥にあり、扉も2枚挟むので音が気になる方も快適に利用できると思います。さまざまな用途で利用できるので重宝してます。 The entrance is a staircase beside a ramen shop called a bird hole. There is no elevator, and the whole floor becomes this space when you go up to the 4th floor. Normally, it is locked, so you will need to confirm your PIN at the time of reservation (homepage or space market), and open and enter the room. The equipment is constantly updated and new ones are introduced, but the kitchen equipment is available to some extent. There is an ice machine and it is useful to be able to use ice. There is a waiting room like a dressing room in the back. There are events where the lecturer is on stage, and there are mirrors, so it seems that they can be used at cosplay events. The desk is not heavy, so you can use it by changing the layout etc. (I think it was necessary to return to the current situation) You can play music from the speakers. TV monitor is also available. There is wifi. The price is a little high and the facilities around here are substantial. In addition, there is restroom in facilities, but thinks that person who is worried about sound can use comfortably because there are two doors in the depths of restroom. P	PAL REM on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大勢の友達との集まりに使わせてもらいました。居酒屋とかで昼からでも良かったのですが、子供が多いのでこういうスペースは良かったです。ケータリングと持ちよりでワイワイと楽しませてもらいました。キッチンは思ってたより備品が揃ってたので、ある程度の料理はこちらで出来そうです。全体的にキレイに使われてるのでその点も良かったですね。トイレのドアノブが少し開きづらいかなと思いました。エレベーターがあると最高ですが、こればかりはどうしようもないですね(^^; I used it for a gathering with a lot of friends. It was good even from noon at an izakaya, but since there are many children, this kind of space was good. I enjoyed it with catering and holding. The kitchen has more equipment than I expected, so it seems that I can cook to some extent here. It's also good because it's used cleanly as a whole. I thought it would be a little difficult to open the doorknob of the toilet. It's great to have an elevator, but there's nothing I can do about it (^^;
