星1もつけたくないです。新築で家を建てる際に、キッチン、洗面、お風呂をお願いしました。新築後1年も経たないうちにお風呂の電気のカバーを掃除しようとしたところ前面にヒビが入ってしまったので、交換の相談に伺いました。平日だったのもあるのか、まず店員さんがいない！ヤマダ電機の店員さんに声をかけると、ハウステックの店員さんを呼んでくれたのですが10分後にランチ終わりの女性の店員さんが来ました。ランチバッグを手に持ったまま、声をかけられてその場で立ち話。笑顔、やる気無い感じで、アフターサービスのアの字も無いです。ランチバッグ片手にその後も話は続き、結局連絡先など記入して、後日メーカーに聞いて折り返し連絡しますと言われ、その日は帰宅しましたが待てど暮らせど連絡が来ない、、、折り返しの連絡が来ないまま1年くらい経ちました(笑) こんな安くない買い物をして、この対応は本当に腹が立ちます。だいたい、掃除の為にカバーを外しただけで全面にヒビが入る（2個共に）ライトカバーって粗悪品も良いところです。毎日お風呂に入るたびにライトを見て嫌な思い出が蘇ります。接客姿勢って大事ですね。新築工事でこの対応です。リフォームなどを検討されている方はお気を付け下さいね(^^)

I don't want to add 1 star. When I built a new house, I asked for a kitchen, a washbasin, and a bath. Less than a year after the new construction, I tried to clean the electric cover of the bath, but the front cracked, so I asked for a replacement consultation. Maybe it was a weekday, but first of all, there is no clerk! When I called out to a Yamada Denki clerk, he called me a Housetec clerk, but 10 minutes later, a female clerk at the end of lunch came. With the lunch bag in my hand, I was called out and talked on the spot. With a smile and a feeling of unmotivation, there is no after-sales service. After that, the story continued with one hand of the lunch bag, and after all, I was told to fill in the contact information and ask the manufacturer at a later date and contact me back, and I came home that day, but I couldn't get in touch with him. It's been about a year without a call back (laughs) I'm really angry with this response after making such a cheap purchase. Generally, a light cover that cracks the entire surface (both of them) just by removing the cover for cleaning is a good place. Every time I take a bath every day, I see the lights and my unpleasant memories come back. Customer service is important, isn't it? This is supported by new construction work. If you are considering remodeling, please be careful (^^)
