c	cake ciffon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他社の物件を案内してもらったが、あまり詳しく調べていないようで細かなことを聞いてもわからないようで頼りなく感じた。やはり仲介も良いが、取扱不動産屋に内見してもらった方がより確実な情報を得られると感じた。出来れば自社物件ならより良いと思う。色々な物件を検索して感じるのほ物件を良く見せるための写真の撮り方が上手い！実際に行くと狭かったり印象が変わることが多い。予算も多ければ探しやすいが限られた中では厳しい。沢山見ることも大切だけど対応次第では先に決まってしまう場合もあるからなるべく集約して見ることが大事だと思います。大半は土日祝日対応可能だが地元不動産だと日曜日は休みがあり使えない。お客様に合わせようとしない。そこしか扱いが無いと見たくても見れず予定が立てられない。あと同じ物件でも何社も扱っていると微妙に詳細が違う時もあるから比較が大事。 I was guided to another company's property, but I didn't seem to have investigated it in detail, and even when I heard the details, I didn't understand it, so I felt unreliable. Even if I want to see it, I can't make a schedule because I can't see it. Also, if the same property is handled by many companies, the details may be slightly different, so comparison is important.
