施設裏は分譲地で完全なる住宅街だが、そんなのおかまいなしの態度には驚愕した。
求人サイトには、【屋内原則禁煙（喫煙場所あり）】との記載。
喫煙場所とはまさかあの裏口のこと？
このような施設は地域のことを考えてると思ってましたが、そうではありません。
改善がみられないのであれば、近隣住民からこの施設に対する印象は最悪。
このようなことを良しとする経営者がやってる高齢者施設なんて、絶対にお世話になりたくない。
