たしかに設備はキレイで料理も美味しかったですが、フリータイムが午前二時まで というのを説明せず、またレジ横の料金表にも記載されていなかったので終電のない午後2時に追い出されました。
さらに店員の態度が非常に悪く、上記の通り追い出された後に急いで部屋を出たため忘れ物を思いだし、店員に伝えたら舌打ちされました。もう二度と行きません。このレビューを見た店員がいるのなら、バイトの教育はしっかりした方がいいと思います。
朝までカラオケで歌いたいのなら、おなじけやき通りにはビッグエコーや、それよりも安いサンドラッグの近所にある個人経営のカラオケがあります。
自分は終電を逃したついでにカラオケで時間を潰そうとしましたが、午後2時に時間を潰せる店はほとんど無いので結局向かいの快活で寝ました。二度手間。完全に損です。

小さな子ども用の部屋もあり、家族や複数家族で楽しめます。
飲み放題にもでき、ソフトクリームも食べられたと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、週末の日曜日久々に家族３人で利用させていただきました。
コロナ渦と言う事もあり、事前に予約を入れて正解。満室の状態で何組か待っている方もいました。
子供のお目当てのファミリールームは生憎埋まってましたが、清掃もしっかりしており、キレイな部屋を利用出来ました。
ここの魅力は何といっても、『持ち込み自由！』
子供も大人も食べたい物、飲みたい物（アルコール）を持ち込む事が出来るのは、非常に有難いです。どうしても、カラオケ店の食事は、コスパ的にあまり期待は出来ないのもありますし、小さな子供は食べなれて無い物は口にしてくれませんし、カラオケに行く前にスーパーに寄って本人が食べたい物を選んだ方が親としてあ非常に楽ですし。
また、子供はどうしても部屋で退屈してします時間があるので、子供様にアンパンマンブロック等のおもちゃの用意があるのも有難いです。
少し気なるのは、受付のアルバイトの女性店員さんの愛想が無さすぎる点が気になる位です。駐車場も比較的余裕もありますし。
すぐ近くにコンビニもあります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ フリータイムで入ったのに、満室だからと電話があり、3時間で退店させられた。(しかも待ってる人もいなく、満室でもなかった)
1オーダー制のフリータイムで入ったのに、使ってもないドリンクバー付きの料金でお金をとられていた。
帰宅後レシートを見てこちらが気付いたから良かったが、気付かなかったら普通にぼったくりですよね。
返金対応はしてくれるらしいですが、なぜこちらが伺わなければいけないのでしょうか。
色々気分悪いので返金されたら、今後もうここには行かないです。
追記:ホームページから抗議したところ謝罪メールが届き、返金は書留でされました。
フリータイムに関してはネット予約の人もいたからだと説明されました。
ここのカラオケのフリータイムはほか店舗のフリータイムと同じ時間楽しめると思わない方がいいです。
たとえお店側の都合で3時間で退店させられてもフリータイム料金とられます。

他の方も書いていたように、フリータイムでは(待ってる人がいないのに)満室に近くなった時点で追いだされることがあります。
ちゃんと満室になった時点で連絡してほしいです。

9/12まで休業…
残念。
まぁこのご時世だと仕方ないですね。
逆にきちんと守ってるのは好印象かも。
以前、こちらには家族と利用しました。
キッズルーム目当てで、たしか2つあったはずです。
キッズルームには、アニメが流れてる小さなTVと小さな滑り台があり、子供達は楽しんでいました。
あと、ソフトドリンク飲み放題の中に、
ソフトクリームも含まれているので、
私的にも、すごく嬉しかったです。笑
クリームソーダとか、フロート系で楽しめるので良いですよね。
また、営業再開時にはお邪魔したいと思います。
その時にでも、写真は追加していきますね。
