ここで施工されたお客様の声が素晴らしいものばかりだったので期待していましたが、期待しすぎたようです。
理想の暮らしをヒアリングしてプランを提案頂けるようなことを書いていましたが、特にヒアリングはなく、要望を箇条書きしただけ。その背景のヒアリングなども全くなく、出てきたプランは何の良さもストーリーもない最低限のものでした。
勿論我々の希望に微塵も沿うはずもありません。
しかもプランの作成に他社よりかなり時間がかかりました。
結局のところはリフォーム資金がかなり豊富で、時間にもゆとりのある人向けだったのだと思います。
せめてそれを早く教えてくれていたなら、時間を無駄にすることもなかったと思います。
とても残念でした。

He wrote that he could hear your ideal life and suggest a plan, but there was no interview, just a list of requests. There were no hearings in the background, and the plan that came out was minimal with no goodness or story.
Of course there is no way we can meet the fines and the fines.
Moreover, it took much longer than other companies to create a plan.
After all, I think that it was for people with ample wealth of reform funds and ample time.
I think that I was not wasting time if I was at least teaching it quickly.
I was very sorry.
