ただ先日に行ったらただの親子サロン？で遊べるスペースがあるから何度か遊びに行った。何回か行ったら予約が必要と言われて今回は大丈夫ですと無愛想に言われた。
予約なんて言われてないし今まで予約してないで普通に遊んでた。でも無愛想に言われて不快で子どももなんかむすっとしてしまいもう行きません。
せっかく綺麗なスペースなのにこんな対応じゃ困ります。
親子で来る場所なので無愛想に対応しててこれが保育園だったら言語道断です。
職員の対応がその人によって違いすぎて不快だった。
コロナが収まったら色んな人が来るのでこんな不快な思いするなら行きたいと思わない。

I wasn't told to make a reservation and I used to play normally without making a reservation. However, I was told unfriendly and uncomfortable, and my child was sick and I wouldn't go anymore.
Even though it is a beautiful space, it is a problem if you do this.
It's a place where parents and children come, so it's outrageous if this is a nursery school.
It was unpleasant because the staff's response was too different for each person.
When the corona is settled, various people will come, so if you feel uncomfortable like this, I don't want to go.
