★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 感じの良い大将と女将さんがおもてなししてくれます。店内には色紙がいっぱい。
お寿司のシャリは小さめ。ネタはおいしいですけど、お酢の強さは優しい感じで若干物足りないかも。
味・量を含めた満足度的にはCP良くない印象。
なお、予約していけば、何か変わったものをサービスしてくれるかも…（マグロの胃・心臓など…）
トレイは和式。駐車場はお店の入口を背に左斜向かい辺りにあります。
 A pleasant general and a landlady will entertain you. The store is full of colored paper.
The sushi is small. The material is delicious, but the strength of vinegar is kind and unsatisfactory.
Impression that CP is not good for satisfaction including taste and quantity.
If you make a reservation, you may be able to serve something unusual ... (Tuna stomach, heart ...)
The tray is Japanese style. The parking lot is located on the left side of the store with the back of the store entrance.

大将と自分の母校の話で盛り上がりました。
うにも食べておけばよかったと後悔してます。
値段は結構するけど大将の人柄サービス込みで考えれば安いと思います。
It was worth it to come to Minmaya.
The story of the general and his alma mater was exciting.
I regret that I should have eaten sea urchin.
The price is fine, but I think it's cheap considering the general's personal service.

お世辞抜きでホントに美味しかったです。
ウニの鮮度は海で捕れたてを食べてるくらいの味でした。食べた事があるからこそホントに美味しかったです。
大将も女将さんもすごく感じが良くて、値段以上のサービスと味で大満足でした。
電話してから行くのをオススメします。
I visited for the first time and had a sea urchin tuna bowl.
It was really delicious without compliment.
The freshness of the sea urchin was as good as eating freshly caught in the sea. It was really delicious because I had eaten it.
Both the general and the female general were very nice, and we were satisfied with the service and taste over the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 津軽海峡冬景色を見た帰りに訪問。
マグロが有名ですが、マグロ尽くしではなく、マグロ入り寿司3000円を注文。
コスパはあまり良いとは言えないが大トロ握りやウニ握りは絶品でした。
電車で来たことを伝えたら、三厩駅まで送っていただけました。ナイスな大将ありがとう！
Visited on the way back from seeing the winter scenery of the Tsugaru Kaikyo.
Tuna is famous, but I ordered sushi with tuna for 3000 yen instead of running out of tuna.
The cospa is not very good, but the large Toro grip and sea urchin grip were excellent.
When I told him that I came by train, he sent me to Minmaya station. Thank you for the nice general!

そのクレーマーの履歴を探ったら、なるほど理解出来た！
味覚障害なんだな、酢の物なんて提供していないお店で・・・・
もはや悪意としか捉えられないね！
こういう輩が情報を攪乱させるんだ、僕はこのように落ちぶれたくない！
地元料理を交えて（解説付き）で楽しい一時を過ごしました。
貝焼きに使ってた”焼き干し”のデカさに感動したし、マグロの心臓近くの動脈の刺身？食べたことが無かった！当たり前だけど。
店主の秀さんは、僕の少し上だけどとても気さくでサービス精神の塊です。奥様もとても明るくて、日本酒大好き！

We had a good time with local food (with commentary).
I was impressed by the big size of the "dried" used for grilling shellfish, and was it the sashimi of the artery near the heart of the tuna? I've never eaten! Obviously.
The owner, Hide, is a little above me but very friendly and has a spirit of service. His wife is also very bright and loves sake!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お昼の開店前のようだったのですが、店内を覗くと「大丈夫ですよー」との事で有り難く入店
運良く前日水揚げされたまぐろを頂く事ができました。
冷凍されていないマグロは始めてだったのですが、肉にくしくてめちゃくちゃ美味しかったです。
It was like before the opening of the store at noon, but when I looked inside the store, I was thankful that it was okay.
Fortunately, I was able to get the tuna that was landed the day before.
It was my first time to use unfrozen tuna, but it was very delicious because it was meaty.

マグロで有名な大間や戸井のものに比べて遜色なく、値段もお手頃で良かった。
盲点だったのは生うにも取り扱っていたところ。先日積丹でうにマグロ丼を食べたばかりだったので今回は注文しなかったが、次回は頼んでみたい。
接客も良く、こちらが観光客だと見るや即座に丼メニューを差し出してくれたのが助かった。
店主はこちらが食事中はずっと無言だったので気難しい人かと思っていたら、食事を終えてマスクをつけると気さくに旅の話などを聞いてきたので「ソーシャルディスタンスだ！」と感動した。
食後には三厩マグロのステッカーのプレゼントもいただいた。
また津軽半島を旅するときにはぜひ立ち寄りたい。

The customer service was good, and when I saw that this was a tourist, it was helpful that he immediately offered me a bowl menu.
The owner was silent during the meal, so I thought he was a difficult person, but when he finished the meal and put on a mask, he kindly asked me about his trip, so I was impressed with "Social distance!".
After the meal, I received a gift of a sticker of Minmaya tuna.
Also, I definitely want to stop by when traveling on the Tsugaru Peninsula.
