鼻水と少し喉が痛くて、受診しました。 元々、別のかかりつけの内科に行ったのですが、「鼻水、喉に痛みがある方は発熱外来になります。11:30から外で診察するので、また出直して」と言われてしまい、時間の都合もあったので、こちらのクリニックに来ました。 月曜日ということもあり、一時間半くらい待ちました。スマホの電池が無くなりそうでした。 来院される方は、本を一冊持っていくことをオススメします。 先生の診察はいつも丁寧で適切で、待ち時間が長いことも納得。 薬が効いて、体調も一晩で回復しました。

先生の診察は丁寧で好感が持てます。 ただ診察開始時間が毎回遅くなります。 看護師さんより先生から連絡があり15分程開始が遅くなりますと…(実際は30分遅れた) 来院する度に毎回遅れるアナウンスなのですが… たまたまなのでしょか… 予約制度がないため待合室で待つか再度訪問する必要があり待時間に苦しみます。 予約等である程度の診察予定時間を設けて貰えると助かります。

何年も前なので今は違うかもしれないですが、私が今までで行った病院の中で過去最悪の対応をされた病院でした。寝起きから酷い頭痛と眩暈…今までの経験以上にしんどかったので脳神経外科と書いてあったこちらのクリニックへ初めて行きました。待合室も混み合っていて1時間半待たされた所で体調が限界になり、受付に体調不良を申し出たのだけど、まだ待つんでお待ち下さい。しか言われず、仕方なく待合で待つもしんどくて、再度休ませてもらえないかこちらから尋ねてやっと奥のベッドで休ませてもらえた。この時の受付の「はぁ?」みたいな顔は一生忘れない。 なんだここ…。 奥で休みながらも看護師さんも誰も体調なんて気にしに来てくれない。結局そこからもだいぶ待たされて、やっと先生が来てくれた。「どこが痛いの?」「どんな痛み?」「手上がる?」「肩凝ってるんじゃない?」「あんまり頑張らないでね。」はい、終了…。 えぇぇぇ~!これで終わりですか?検査とかないの? 見れば分かる超名医だったのでしょうか?? 実際確かに、翌日には良くなったので、くも膜下とか脳梗塞とか危ないものではなかったので、無駄な検査はしない見ただけで分かる超名医だったのかもしれません。それなら先生は星5ですけど、私は今まで経験にないような頭痛、眩暈、脂汗でとても不安だったのでもう少しきちんと説明をして頂きたかったです。先生は気さくな感じ、話しやすい先生だったので悪い人ではないでしょう。で、会計ですよ。何この金額!!びっくりしましたね。検査の項目バッチリ料金とられてる! これ、MRIとかCTの料金だよね?私検査らしい検査してないけど…「これ…」言おうとして、また例のあの顔ですよ。もうね、体調悪いし、呆れて、色々言う気力なく、さっさとこんなクリニック出たくて、払って帰ってきてしまいました。 もう思い出したくもない位酷かった。けどいつか口コミに書こうと思っていたので、ついに書きました。受付も看護師も体調不良な患者を院内放置したり、聞けば嫌な顔をされたり、こんなに患者に寄り添わない冷たい対応を病院でされたのは初めてでした。ただ何年も前だったので今はまともだと信じたいです。先生の人柄は悪くはないのと、結局腕はいいか悪いかは不明です、とだけは付け加えておきます。
