支払いトラブル要注意 ★☆深夜救急にての、【預り金】は預けなくとも良い★☆ ※自己判断推奨※ 社会的モラルのある方は同じトラブルにつながる可能性がある為、要注意。 同じ目に合わないよう書いておきます。 軽度の傷でしたが、自分ではどうする事も出来なかった為、保健所持参で深夜救急にお世話になりました。 ナースさん、お医者さん、薬剤師さん、迅速かつ適切な最高の対応でした。 問題のトラブルですが、 深夜は、【会計システムが動いていない時間で、後日来院して支払い】 との事で、ここまでは地方病院なら良くある話ですが、 【保証金として5000円預けてください】 と言う流れ、地域柄、未払いや踏み倒し多いエリアの為かな?・・・・処置して頂いた感謝の気持ちでと、手持ちが有ったので5000円預け、預かり書を頂きましたが、 翌日、不足分の金額をお電話にて確認したところ、 『20円返金』です・・・・・足りたのか・・・・振込先を郵送、FAX、直接行くの3択・・・・・・FAXなど今の時代使いません、メールです。 郵送も切手購入は往復10kmも却下、 直接引き取り、最近は感染症のリスクと往復40kmがバカバカしいので、何かの募金にでも当て、明細を送ってください。 と言う流れでスッキリしていましたが、さらに翌日 【請求金額が間違っていました】と電話が・・・・?! 約1500円の返金・・・・・これは黙っていれば、気付かなかった事ですので、非常に良心的な対応だと感じます、会計さんですかね。 ただし、この病院で医療費の間違い返金、過去に家族で2件、今回1件、人がやっている以上ミスは仕方がないが、色々と管理がルーズなので口座を伝えるのは論外、そして ①現金書留 ②直接自宅に来る ③何かの募金に を提案。 個人的には③でよかったのですが、病院側は②を選択され解決しましたが、トラブルには違いない。 元凶は『救急の預かり金制度』『不用意に預けた私自身』 常識的に考えれば、後日金額を確認した上で 【振り込みや現場で支払う】最もな流れではあるが、 担当者に聞いたところ、やはり 『地域柄で未払いや保険証不正、踏み倒し多い為』 だという事です。 しかし、モラルの無い方に基準を合わせ 『真っ当に支払う意思のある、常識人もそのような目で見て対応している』 という見方も・・・・・更に 【預かり金は5000円以下でもOK、無い場合は無くても良い】 と言う、なんともガバガバで差別的?!人権無視?!フェアじゃない、 半行政運営の病院の取るべきシステムではない。 救急で病院に行く前にATMなんて行きません!! 今一度、★上層部★は知恵を回すべきです。 常識的に考えれば、【期限内支払い】だけで済む話です。 現在のシステムで行くならば、 いかなる場合でも【救急へ来る前に預り金を用意必須、預り金のない場合は診療不可、事前確認必須】と言うルールに徹底すべきですが、これでは救急自体が成り立ちません。 以上、早期改善を求め、 私自身は不用意に預けた事を反省しております。
