★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small old town near Takayama. Only 15 minutes by train. The most favorite attraction is a small canal named Seto river. The canel is lined by old store houses with white walls where you can see a billion of craps.

So this is the real life location of it, place is very simple, everyone should give a try on visiting the Shrine which was mentioned in the anime, the hida character refers this Hida city so buy that cow ? omiyage also.This place is for anime lovers or else it is same like another places in japan. Since it is a old village things here will give a nostalgic and traditional look.
